[NTLK] [ADMIN] Paperback Book Maker / NES ROM Packager Downtime

The previous list dad, Victor Rehorst, wanted me to pass along the
following to the list.

The Paperback Book Maker [1] and NES ROM Packager [2] tools, which
Victor created and still hosts on his site, may be offline for a few
days. He is moving this week and will be without a consistent DSL
connection for the server.

It's not likely anyone will be affected by this downtime, but he felt
that a heads up was warranted.
