Wow, any keyboard that bears a resemblance to the old Atari Jaguar controller can't be all bad! :)
Did the AlphaGrip ever catch on? It looks like it's a couple years old, but this is the first I've heard of it.
The Twiddler2 is something along the same lines: http://www.handykey.com/site/twiddler2.html
...only one-handed. I only wish those guys were still around. If you could get past the learning curve, it looks pretty comfortable to use.
