[NTLK] Refreshing one's memory (mine, not the Newton)

My original upgraded 2000/2100 was broken about 4 years ago. In the
meantime I've tried a Pilot. Pretty but limited and not as robust. Now
I have a replacement 2100. I broke out all the old software, books,
licenses, dust, etc. Once I started into it I realized just how much
I've forgotten. I want to set it up in the most efficient manner I
can. So far I have NewtCase, Unlimited Folders and DashBoard stored
internally. Other apps such as Works, MoreInfo, Writestuff, QuickFigure
Pro, and others will be on a card. I have two 16M cards and one 4M
card. I understand that the more apps I load, the more heap I lose. Do
you guys have any suggestions on efficient, feature filled setups? I
have quite a bit of software and don't plan to install all of it. I'll
put games and diversions on the second card. It can be removed if and
when I need to use the modem card.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
Mike
