Okay, you are wrong.
Neither NiMH nor NiCD cells have "memory" effects. It is a myth. It does
not happen.
Read the Battery FAQ at <URL:http://www.cadex.com/>. It disproves the
myth, and has a lot of good "care and feeding" advice.
