[NTLK] WiFi DHCP/DNS issue.

Hi, everyone.

I have a MP2100 with an Orinoco Silver card that has previously been a
functional WiFi client machine. Now, however, when I try to connect, I
get a hang at one of 2 places.

When setting that particular Internet Setup to configure manually, and
I put in the correct router address/subnet mask, a valid IP address on
the LAN, and the router's address as the primary DNS server (router is
a graphite airport base station)...it hangs on name resolution.

When I set it to configure via DHCP, it hangs (using Courier, for
example) on "Loading DHCP protocol".

For the record, the exact same behavior occurs with my home Airport
(and I've run the same tests as above). All settings are as they were
when both setups were functional, but for the toggling back and forth
between DHCP and manual. For the record, both Airport base stations are
set at 40-bit WEP (correct hex password is in each setup), and
distributing a range of LAN addresses with DHCP and no NAT.

I haven't been able to get my Newt on the 'net for weeks! :(

Any insight would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
-Sonya
